Adolescent parliament

Children and adolescents have the opportunity to take part in the decision-making process through school self-government and youth councils and parliaments under local legislative and executive authorities.

A unique system of monitoring developed by UNICEF allows tracking the situation of children in the city and developing a plan of action for improving the life of the child.
